COURTS OULAHAN PAPERS, 1953-1966 BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE Courts Oulahan served as research director of the Legal Task Force, Second Hoover Commission, 1954‑1955, and for four years as special assistant to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel of the Atomic Energy Commission, 1958‑1962. He was born on December 5, 1920 in Washington, D.C. Oulahan received his law degree from Yale in 1942 and practiced law in Washington, D.C. and Cleveland. He served in the Navy from 1942 to 1945 and the Navy Reserve from 1951-1953. SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE These papers document Oulahan’s work for the Atomic Energy Commission and the Second Hoover Commission.
