HUGH KEMP CLARK PAPERS, 1978-1987 BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE Hugh Kemp Clark was born in 1906 and earned his PhD from George Washington University in 1936. He worked in the legal department at DuPont from 1936 to 1970 and then as a safety and licensing judge for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Clark died on March 17, 1996. SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The collection documents Clark’s work with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the accident at Three Mile Island. Materials include minutes, reports, and correspondence.
