BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Hugh Kemp Clark was born in 1905 and earned his PhD from George Washington University in 1936. He worked in the legal department at DuPont from 1936 to 1970 and then as a safety and licensing judge for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Clark died on March 17, 1996.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

The collection include minutes, reports, and correspondence. Subjects include the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Three Mile Island accident. Arranged alphabetically by subject.
