Theodore Hoover was born January 28, 1871, three and a half years before his brother Herbert.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

The papers contain several versions of Theodore Hoover’s autobiography Memoranda: Being a Statement by an Engineer and letters written by Herbert Hoover when he was in Australia, China, and London.
