History of the Iowa Caucuses
November 7, 2015, 1:00 p.m.
A free program exploring the history of the Iowa Caucuses.  Tim Kraft, who organized Jimmy Carter's Iowa campaign, will be the keynote followed by panels of reporters who covered the caucuses and political organizers of past caucus presidential candidates.  This is the first of a series of events examining the past, present and future of the caucuses through a partnership of the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library-Museum, the Hoover Presidential Foundation, and the University of Iowa Public Policy Center.

Alaska & The Voyage of Understanding - An exhibit
January 23 - March 27, 2016
Herbert Hoover traveled with President Harding to Alaska in June of 1923. His trip was called the “Voyage of Understanding” - this exhibit explores the Alaskan trip. Read more.
Ain't Misbehavin': The World of the Gangster
April 22 - October 23, 2016
An exhibit exploring the Prohibition Era, 1920-1933 - the time of Al Capone, gangsters, jazz, speakeasies and the G-man.
